Shining Light Holistic Healing energy sessions are a complementary therapy which can enable the client to release emotional trauma, increase inner peace, promote self-healing, spiritual growth, reduce anxiety, fears and stress, rehabilitate emotional, physical and spiritual illness and strengthen self-love. Energy sessions can help awaken self-awareness, acceptance and forgiveness. The goal of the session is to help identify what is ready to shift leading to balancing on all levels, body, mind and spirit.  Additionally, although this work is expected to produce beneficial results, such results cannot be guaranteed. I acknowledge that there are no guaranteed outcomes for the session work completed.

Energy work is a complement, not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, and any ongoing treatment should not be discontinued without the advice of your treating physician.

Client acknowledges that for most clients' adverse effects are rare. Some experience temporary side effects as a result of the sessions such as an increase of fatigue, anxiety, sadness, frustration, physical symptoms, etc. This is often a sign that clearing is occurring and these symptoms usually pass quickly. Should you feel any of these adverse effects it is your (the client) responsibility to reach out immediately. Your continued communication is imperative.

Jody Kagan has a masters in counseling psychology and has trained in many different modalities such as reflexology, hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, therapeutic touch, accunect and various other energetic therapies. I acknowledge that Jody Kagan is not a licensed physician. Jody Kagan is not licensed to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any medical or psychological disease or disorder and in the case of uncertainty, the client is free to discontinue treatment at any time.

Client acknowledges that the services provided by Shining Light Institute are not licensed by the state

Client information will be kept in confidence and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of this office without your written consent, unless as required by law. If the session is for a minor, any information obtained will be shared with legal guardians.

 

Fees for session work have been discussed and agreed upon. Payment is to be made upon completion of the session. All cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to the session otherwise the full session fee will be charged.

I have understood all the above terms and agree to move forward working with Shining Light Holistic Healing. I voluntarily participate with the understanding that I release Shining Light Holistic Healing by Jody Kagan from any liability related to all session work.
